At Coolbeds, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We work tirelessly to delight you with our products and make you feel special.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly issue a full refund for any full-priced (non-discounted) merchandise that is unopened, unused, and returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

You can easily raise a return or exchange request through our return portal.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on opened, used, washed, or damaged products. In exceptional cases, we may issue a store credit or gift card at our sole discretion.

Coolbeds is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery.

White (Ivory) Products

Please note that all White (Ivory) color products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

This policy is in place due to the delicate nature of white fabric, which requires the utmost care to maintain its pristine condition. By making white products non-returnable, we aim to ensure that every item you receive is in perfect, unused condition.

We recommend double-checking your order details and ensuring you select the correct size, style, color, and quantity before finalizing your purchase.

Return Processing

Please allow one to three weeks from the day we receive your returned package for your request to be processed. You will be notified once your return or exchange has been completed.

Shortages, Damages, Defects & Incorrect Products

Claims for shortages, transit damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect product delivery must be reported to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery via email at hello@coolbeds.in or WhatsApp.

A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all such claims. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for return, exchange, replacement, refund, or store credit.

If the outer package appears tampered with, opened, or significantly damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to refuse acceptance of the shipment and contact our customer support team immediately.

Coolbeds reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving any refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.
